We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of every item. As the majority of our products are pre-owned luxury goods, minor signs of wear consistent with age and previous use may be present. Any significant flaws will always be disclosed in the product description.

Items are carefully inspected before sale and, where applicable, may include third-party authentication documentation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched as promptly as possible.

All parcels are sent with tracking, and where stated, include signature on delivery and transit insurance.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, ReLuxe By SP is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Fit, size or personal preference

Sourcing Requests

Where ReLuxe By SP sources an item on behalf of a customer, availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

Specific sourcing requests may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be discussed before purchase.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available on selected items.

Items remain the property of ReLuxe By SP until paid in full.

Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in cancellation. Any deposit or instalments already paid may be retained to cover administration costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, branding, logos and website content remain the property of ReLuxe By SP and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReLuxe By SP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of products sold through this website.
